Our kind of running

Good company.
Fresh air. No fuss.

What to expect

A group that runs together.

We are a friendly community of local runners who enjoy getting out around the Garnock Valley. There is no need to be the fastest person in the room: we value encouragement, a good route and the post-run chat.

We run every Wednesday at 7:30pm and Sunday at 9:30am. The meeting point changes each week, so our Facebook group is the best place for the location and any route notes.
